Process
Bringing a new puppy home is a huge and exciting moment, and we want to help make it as easy as possible. We'll be there for everything: from our first chat to help you choose a puppy, right through to getting all the necessary paperwork done.
Expression of Interest (EOI): Submit your initial EOI form
To begin your journey toward adopting one of our puppies, please submit your initial Expression of Interest (EOI) form. This helps us understand your lifestyle and preferences, acting as the first important step in matching you with the perfect companion.
Initial Contact: We will contact you for a brief conversation
Once we receive your Expression of Interest, we will follow up quickly to schedule a brief introductory conversation. This chat gives us a chance to answer any immediate questions you have and ensures we are aligned in finding the ideal puppy for your family.
Selection & Deposit:
After spending time with the puppies you will select your companion and secure your choice with a deposit.
Collection Day:
Upon pick up, you will sign the contract, pay the balance and accept the transfer of
Collection Day: Upon pickup, the final payment is due, you will sign the contract, and accept the transfer of:
* Two months of complimentary pet insurance.
* Central Animal Records registration.
Should your puppy require transport (local or interstate to a capital city), we will organize this using our network of trusted pet carriers and communicate all necessary details. This service involves an additional fee, and we will provide you with a quote for your review prior to commitment.
Within 30 days of the contract signing, you will receive the official Dogs Australia Certified Pedigree Certificate, detailing your puppy's breeding line.
